  • Fees: Fares may exclude third-party port/airport fees, tolls, or surcharges unless indicated. Gratuities are at the passenger’s discretion unless pre-included.

7) Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

  • Flexible cancellation: You may cancel at any time. For a full refund, the cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled reservation date/time.
  • Within 24 hours: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pick-up are generally non-refundable. Credits or partial refunds may be issued at our discretion only.
  • No-shows: Failure to meet your driver at the designated time/place without contacting us will be treated as a no-show and is non-refundable.
  • Reschedules: Changes to date/time, route, or party size are subject to availability and may affect price. Changes within 24 hours may incur fees.
  • Delays beyond your control: Please notify us promptly about airline/cruise schedule changes. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate, subject to availability.

8) Service Conditions

  • Safety: Seat belts are required. Smoking, illegal substances, and unsafe conduct are prohibited. Drivers may refuse service if safety is at risk.
  • Luggage: Standard baggage is permitted; oversize/extra items are subject to space and may require an upgrade or extra fee. We are not responsible for items left behind.
  • Child Seats & Accessibility: Please request child seats or accessibility accommodations in advance so we can try to provide appropriate arrangements.
  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather, accidents, government actions).

9) Liability
